Single Arm Dumb Bell Bent-Over Row, Split Stance
One great exercise to address many common postural imbalances. Begin in a split stance, with one foot forward and most of your weight on it; bend down from your hip as low as you can, the dumb bell is held in your opposite hand. Begin rowing with the dumb bell, pulling with your elbows pointed away from your body. You should feel the butt muscles of your forward leg getting a lot of work. Remember to keep the trunk low and as parallel to the floor as you can. Switch sides.
