This is a new workshop manual consisting of pictures and descriptions of 37 of the most effective corrective exercises and their variations to maximize performance and minimize non-contact training injuries for the MMA athlete.

This audio CD was produced in response to a lecture I gave early 2008 that was in demand since everyone wanted to know how to perform an effective flush. The approach I devised is a very basic, simplified, and as minimally overwhelming version so that anyone can benefit from this valuble self remedy. My approach can be used as an introduction, or warm up, to other more involved approaches.

Shamanic Remote Healing Session

Remote healing is a shamanic session provided for an individual without them being physically present regardless of time or space. This means one can be located on the other side of the globe doing their own thing while the shaman does his or her work in another remote location. This is possible since shamans are capable of working non-linearly which is outside of time and space.

The session includes a shamanic reading involving tracking in several perceptual states as well as whatever appropriate shamanic interventions deemed necessary.

Processing after the session will be sent to the client via email with all my findings and recommendations.

Clients will be notified before their session of the exact time I will hold it.
