This week-long intensive is for people who know they want to make changes in their life to improve their wellness and increase their vitality but do not know where to begin and have been confused by their own attempts. Within one week, you will gain the tools and knowledge to reclaim your health. More importantly, you will gain insights to shed your past like a serpent sheds its skin and to release that lifelessness within you or what no longer serves you in order for you to grow and evolve. In other words, we will help you get over your BS that’s holding you back from living the life you desire. The approach we take is a simple one involving the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. One week of willingness, open-mindedness, empathy, love, and compassion will change your life. The week breaks down as follows:
PHYSICAL – Initial assessment and corrective exercise design and instruction and workouts for the week; diet and nutrition assessments and needs (this includes all food and supplements for the week); Food preparation and food shopping training; all nutrition & lifestyle coaching; detoxification procedures and manual therapy body work as needed.
MENTAL/EMOTIONAL – Life coaching; experiential activities; meditation & qigong; mandala art therapy; journaling, etc.
SPIRITUAL – Energy medicine work including illuminations and extractions; soul retrieval, chakra balancing; fire ceremonies; tarot cards; mythic mapping; intuitive tracking etc.
Total Cost for the week (6 days): $2500.00 USD ($1750.00 USD for Practice Members)
• Price includes ALL meals and food & drink and supplements for the 6 days. Client is responsible for motel/hotel accommodations and traveling expenses. Intensive will take place at our place in Howard Beach, NY.
• No more than two (2) clients will be seen for each intensive. Discount for couples is $4000.00 USD. Jocson Health Healing Intensive clients will be the only clients scheduled during the week to ensure complete care.

Once accepted, clients will be given forms to fill out and return before their scheduled Intensive. Also, clients will be expected to read recommended books beforehand.
